The European Motivation Index® scores you see on this site are the average scores of European employees. Please bear in mind that the results may vary per country and per organisation.
The analyses on the European Motivation Index® data show that, besides differences arising per country, the scores are highly dependent on human resources factors that can be directly influenced by an organisation, such as, management style, opportunities for development, internal communication etcetera.
The importance of these various factors is also part of the European Motivation Index®.
