Updating

The data in the European Motivation Index® is based on the average scores of the past 12 calendar months.

The European Motivation Index® is thus an annual benchmark. The results of previous surveys expire automatically.

The benchmark has been updated on may 2007. You can see the trends in the HR variables over the past years. In this way it is possible to see the development of the HR variables through the years.
