    Most committed employees work in Germany
    The scores show that Germans are the most committed employees in Europe. Germany is the only European country that has an average score of 7,0 on commitment. Moreover, Germans, together with Belgians, are also the most satisfied employees in Europe.

    Advice to employers: ‘Stop recruiting and start motivating!’ The temperature in the labour market is rising. Figures recently published by the CBS show that the number of job seekers has fallen below 400,000. On the other side of the equation there are approximately one million vacancies.
